I just ordered from mandees and I'm disappointed with my sub. I was chewing and bit a staple. Yup a staple. I took a picture. Wth?? The first half of my sub was delicious but the 2nd half was bloody and gross. I've ordered from them many times and this is the first time this sucked. I dont know if we should order from them again.

Well i know some people would not agree but i also know many will. Pizza taste is to salty and for delivery when you call they will said 45 minutes which is way to long but to make it to the exact time. But in a regular average takes them 1hrs and 10 minutes. Mandees is falling hard and is no way back.

I grew up in Lynn and mandees was always the go too place for pizza but alas the times have changed. It seems to be a shell of it's former self after the owners stopped making pizza and handed off the reigns to a younger generation who don't seem to care about quality.

Pizza was good BUT I called pizza in Sunday night at 857 drove there. Sat in the waitng area til 935. Asked about my Pizza 3 times and after all that my pizza was sitting b.c. there on counter out back. 35 mins waiting and I called in advance.

Excellent the manager and the cashier were very pleasant to speak to. Plus the pizza is delicious with an afforable price per slice if that is how you enjoy it. Tons of variety for choices.

Praise God! I know everyone works hard, and I am grateful for the blessing of the Lord Jesus with food.However, I would say this pizza was mediocre. It was very tasteful, however, it was one of the oilest pizza's I have ever tasted. Dripping in oil. Wasn't chicago deep dish, but also was very thick. In some ways that is good as it fills you up, however in other ways you feel bloated after eating. The cheese and the sauce however were surprisingly very good. Not the best in Lynn, but not the worst.

Mandees is a really great pizza place. They have great deals and meals. They also offer other meals instead of pizza. They have calzones, wraps, salads and more. One notable item on the menu is the 5 dollar combo. Two big slices of pizza with a soda and chips of your choosing. Defiantly recommend getting it if you’re in the mood.

Love the menu!! I can't ever make up my mind. The pizza is awesome and the sub I had today was a chipotle chicken a footlong sub with fries and a salad for $8.99!! I saved half for later!! The service was impeccable and the food was fresh and delicious!! You can tell there is pride in the work they do that's why the get all the awards!!

I need to take back my last recommendation they are only good for one thing they over charge chargepeople by 6 or 7 dollars and try to saythat they're prices have changed lol they are hooked pin drugs and steal from you charge

Love the food, but hate the service. Desk staff are unpleasant to talk to. They don't pay attention to the food that has to go out. Call ahead, 30 min wait no problem, get there after 30 and I'm told it's almost ready. Sit inside for another 20 mins and when I went to ask about my order she turns and grabs the food that HAD BEEN SITTING ON TOP OF THE OVEN FROM THE TIME I HAD GOTTEN THERE. Then she went on to try and tell me that it just came out, after I have been staring at my order the whole time. Got home with cold food.
